[Pocket PDF] Cimarron Protective Group Security Company Business Plan
$ 0
Imagine Suzie standing in the back yard of a Canyon Road gallery in Santa Fe at eight in the morning, coffee going cold in her hand, looking at a side gate that has been opened twice in a month. The alarm went off both times. Both times a monitoring company two states away phoned the owner to ask whether to send police, and both times there was no one local who knew the property well enough to send. Suzie spent twenty-two years in the FBI, most of them in the Southwest. She retired on a Friday and by Sunday she was restless. This is the security company business plan she built to fill the gap she was standing in.

Description
The morning behind this security company business plan
The gallery owner was a friend from Suzie’s church. After the second gate opening she called Suzie because she did not know who else to call. Suzie walked the property, saw the problem in ten minutes, and realized there was a business the exact width of the distance between an alarm and an answer. Santa Fe has the demand: estates in the hills, an art trade, a steady flow of film and television production under the New Mexico incentive, regulated cannabis retailers with mandatory security rules, and the Los Alamos contractor world next door. What it did not have was a local company with real weight behind it. Suzie could hold the license herself, because federal investigative experience satisfies the New Mexico private investigator requirement, and she could act as the qualifying party for the company license.
