Momo Hero Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at www.momohero.com, including its sub-pages, prompt marketplace, digital products, information products, and the upcoming SaaS platform. By accessing or using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Definitions
"Platform" or "Website" means Momo Hero at www.momohero.com, including its AI business plan generator, money model builders, financial modeling tools, pitch deck generators, and prompt marketplace. "Provider" means Sole Proprietor (FOP) Pimenov Volodymyr Volodymyrovych, registered under the laws of Ukraine. "User" or "you" means any individual or entity that accesses, buys or uses the Platform. "Digital Products" means downloadable prompts, AI-generated business plan templates, financial spreadsheets, pitch decks, guides, frameworks, information products, and any Early Bird SaaS credits sold on the Platform.
2. Scope of services
Momo Hero provides an AI business plan and money model builder, a financial modeling tool, a pitch deck generator, competitor analysis using the POSCO method, and prompt toolkits. Services are delivered digitally as instant downloads, copy-and-paste prompts, or cloud generation. You may also join the Early Bird program to secure future access to the upcoming automated SaaS version of the Platform.
3. Account, email and security
Some features require an account or an email address. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and you are responsible for protecting your credentials and for everything done under your account or email session.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each product page in US dollars, or the local-currency equivalent presented at checkout. Payments are processed by WayForPay, a third-party payment provider. The Provider's obligation to supply a product is met when the funds are cleared and the download link or file is generated or made available to you. Prices and SaaS tiers may change at any time without notice.
5. Delivery of digital products
Digital Products are delivered immediately after a successful payment, by download link or by email. Early Bird SaaS credits represent a pre-order right to use the upcoming automated Platform when it is released, with an estimated public release in 2026.
6. No refunds
All sales of Digital Products are final. Because a Digital Product is delivered in full at the moment of payment, it cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once delivered. The only money that is ever returned is for a duplicate charge, an erroneous charge, or a genuine failure to deliver a working copy of the specific item you paid for. Full details are in the Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property and licence
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, tool designs, prompt architectures, algorithms, and the methods POSCO, ABCR, SUP and BFM as applied on the Platform, is the property of the Provider or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property law. On buying a Digital Product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business planning. You may not resell, redistribute or sub-licence Momo Hero's raw prompts, templates or structures to third parties as standalone products.
8. Your outputs
You own the finished business plans, pitch decks and financial models you create with the Platform, provided you have complied with these Terms. You may present those outputs to investors, lenders, partners or internal teams.
9. Prohibited activities
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, not to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying models, prompt patterns or code, not to run scrapers or bots on the Platform without written permission, and not to use the Provider's brand, assets or trademarks to build a competing service.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Momo Hero is an AI-assisted text and model generator. It provides structure, framework suggestions and recommendations based on statistical models. The Provider does not guarantee the financial success, regulatory compliance, or investor or lender acceptance of any plan or model created with the Platform. All outputs are customizable templates and tools and do not constitute professional financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
12. Changes to the service and to these Terms
The Provider may modify or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine.
