What is Momo Hero?

A digital tool and a set of done-for-you documents. You give it your name, your US state or city, and your idea. It runs the idea through four methods, POSCO, ABCR, SUP and BFM, against a fixed profit target, and returns a full business-planning pack you can edit yourself. What do I get when I buy a pack?

Depending on what you choose: a narrative business plan, a live 25-month financial model, an SBA and investor business plan, an SBA loan package with three linked statements, a non-dilutive grant package, a 19-slide pitch deck, and a short guide to editing everything.

What formats are the files in?

Microsoft formats. Plans and guides are Word documents, financial models are Excel workbooks with live formulas, and the pitch deck is a PowerPoint file. Everything is editable with the standard Office apps.

Is this a real business plan or a template?

It is a real plan, written around your inputs, with your prices, your competitors and your numbers. It follows the standard SBA business-plan outline so a lender reads it in the order they expect, and it carries an investor version with a market size and a funding ask.

How is the price in my plan set?

By the POSCO method: five real competitors are scored on product, online presence, service, brand strength and physical space, and your business is placed on that scale. The score points to a price range, and the plan explains the final number.

What are POSCO, ABCR, SUP and BFM?

The four methods Momo Hero runs. POSCO sets the price, ABCR builds the product line, SUP finds break-even, and BFM forecasts 25 months. Each is explained in plain language, with the American framework it matches, on the Momo Hero methods page.

How do I pay, and in what currency?

Payments are processed by WayForPay. Prices are shown in US dollars, or the local-currency equivalent at checkout. Paying confirms your acceptance of the Public Offer Agreement.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales of digital products on this site are final. Because the files are delivered in full the moment payment clears, there is no return, exchange or cancellation once a product is delivered. If a download fails or a file is corrupted, we fix the delivery. Full details are in the Return and Refund Policy.

How fast is delivery?

Digital products are delivered immediately after a successful payment, by download link or email. Custom builds are delivered on a timeline we agree with you first.

Can I show a Momo Hero plan to a bank or an investor?

Yes. That is what it is built for. The plan is aligned to the SBA outline, the loan package has three linked statements and a debt service coverage ratio, and the investor plan has a market size and a precise ask. The figures are still projections for a business that has not traded yet, and they are labelled that way.

Do you give financial, legal or investment advice?

No. Momo Hero is a planning tool. Its outputs are templates and models for you to review and adapt, and they do not constitute professional financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

Do the numbers come from a real business?

The numbers are a modeled hypothesis built from market benchmarks and the layered model, not historical results. The analysis methods are the same ones used inside operating businesses.

Can I edit everything myself?

Yes. The Word and PowerPoint files are ordinary editable documents. In the Excel model, the green cells are the inputs you change, and the white cells recalculate on their own. Save a copy before you start.

What is the Early Bird SaaS program?

A pre-order right to use the upcoming automated Momo Hero platform when it launches, with an estimated public release in 2026. The roadmap is published on the site.

Who runs Momo Hero?

Momo Hero is operated by Sole Proprietor Pimenov Volodymyr Volodymyrovych, registered in Ukraine. The four methods were developed by Volodymyr Pimenov, founder of City Profit.

Can I get a plan for a business outside the United States?

Momo Hero is built for the US market: US competitors, US dollars, US taxes, and SBA and investor formats. For another country, the methods still apply, but this tool is not the right fit.
