Return and Refund Policy

All sales of digital products and information products on this website are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations for a delivered product.

This policy is part of the Public Offer Agreement between you and Sole Proprietor (FOP) Pimenov Volodymyr Volodymyrovych. By buying a product on this site you accept it.

Why there are no refunds

Everything sold on this site is digital: business plans, financial models, pitch decks, prompt packs, guides, templates and frameworks. The moment your payment clears, the product is delivered to you in full, by download link or by email. A digital file cannot be handed back. Once you have received it, you have received the entire thing you paid for.

What this means in practice

There is no refund for a change of mind. There is no refund because you did not use the product. There is no refund because you found something similar elsewhere or later decided you did not need it. There are no partial refunds, no exchanges between products, and no cancellation of an order once the product has been delivered.

Your acknowledgement at checkout

By completing a purchase you confirm that the product is digital content supplied immediately, that performance begins at the moment of payment, and that you give up any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period that would otherwise apply to that digital item. This acknowledgement is a condition of the sale.

If a product fails to reach you

The one thing we always fix is delivery. If a download link does not work, a file is corrupted, or you did not receive a product after a successful payment, email us within 14 days and we will send you a working copy. If we are genuinely unable to provide a working copy of the specific item you paid for, we will refund that item and no other. This is a delivery guarantee, and it is the only circumstance in which money is returned.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged for an order you did not place, contact us with the payment details and we will reverse the incorrect charge. This is a payment correction, not a product refund.

Rights that cannot be waived

Nothing in this policy removes a right that cannot be waived under the mandatory law that applies to you. Where such a right exists, it stands, and this policy is read subject to it.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Filing a chargeback or a payment dispute for a product that was delivered is a breach of the Public Offer Agreement. We keep a delivery record for every order. In that event we may present those records to the payment provider, contest the dispute, and suspend your access to any Momo Hero product or account.

How to contact us about an order

Email pimenov@cityprofit.com.ua from the address you used to buy, with the subject line "Order issue, Momo Hero" followed by your order ID or the payment date, and attach your payment receipt. We reply within 2 business days and resolve genuine delivery issues within 3 business days.

Provider and payment processor

The provider is Sole Proprietor (FOP) Pimenov Volodymyr Volodymyrovych, registered under the laws of Ukraine, registration ID 3080422932. Payments on this site are processed by WayForPay. This policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine and is read together with the Public Offer Agreement and the Terms and Conditions. Questions go to the Contact page.
